1. Explicit Consent and Declaration

I declare that I accept the following terms:

Profile Creation

I consent to the creation of a profile on the Vibseen platform using my name, surname, medical specialty, and professional information.

Sharing Video Content

I approve the sharing of my professional video content from my social media accounts onto my profile on Vibseen, an AI-powered video health search engine.

Processing of Personal Data

I consent to the processing of my personal data by Vibseen within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) for the purposes of operating the platform, providing user access, and delivering services.

2. My Rights

I acknowledge that I have the following rights under KVKK:

• To learn whether my personal data is being processed,

• To request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,

• To request the deletion or anonymization of my personal data.

3. Withdrawal of Explicit Consent
